About This Artwork
My First-Aid kit, essential in every home, car and workplace designed for this special cause reflects the surreal reality we live in since October 2019. Shortage of fuel, electricity and medicines. We all hope for a miracle, “THE MAGIC PILL '' that will cure us all. And like in The Matrix movie, "red pill" and "blue pill" refer to a choice between the willingness to learn a potentially unsettling or life-changing truth by taking the red pill or remaining in contented ignorance with the blue pill. Morpheus: “You take the blue pill, the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes" Today I offer you "red pill" as a mind opening uncomfortable truth about the world surrounding us, about reality we live in, about choices and decisions we can take to make this place a better world for our next generations. It’s a wake up call, a call for a change. Don’t miss it! For those who prefer to live in denial, an imaginary fairy tale, a blue pill is available on request.
