Return Policy

All artworks returned within 15 days of receipt will receive a full refund. If the buyer prefers to receive a replacement artwork for the same amount as the purchased product, ArtScoops is happy to oblige. 

However, shipping and insurance charges are not refunded. All return shipments costs, customs and duties of the returning country and payment related fees incurred during the transaction (Bank, Payment Gateways etc.,) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

If you would like to return an artwork please email us at giving a specific reason for the return. In case of damaged goods, we will need to see photographic proof. 

Please pack the artwork in the original tube or box, and include the certificate of authenticity. ArtScoops will not accept the return of a piece without proper paperwork. Moreover, please note that artworks should be returned in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.
