CUSTOMER SERVICE
-
Are there any restrictions on international shipments?
No. However some countries like China or Russia will require us using our local partners locally.
Does one have to pay customs and duties?Buyers are liable for all import duties, customs, clearing fees and local sales taxes (if any are levied by the country you are shipping to). Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend that you inquire about this locally before placing your order.
How are the artworks packaged during shipping? All works sold on the website are carefully packed based on the work itself either in flat boxes or tubes especially designed for works of art. Each package is designed to prevent damage as much as possible during shipping.
Do you have one partner for shipping?Yes. However, sometimes we might rely on other shippers too, without prior notification, if deemed more convenient for us and/or our buyer.
We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you, so please make sure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your purchase.
Does Artscoops provide insurance?Yes, through a partner. and at additional cost. We agree to cover insurance for loss or damage during transit. Should this occur, please contact service@artscoops.com in order for us to help resolve the problem as soon as possible.
How does it work with multiple orders?Multiple works are shipped as ordered. Artscoops does not store its works in a single warehouse. Due to this, and the fact that shipments are to various locations, we cannot combine works into a single shipment.
Can one return or refund an order? On case by case basis, unless marked Final Sale, an artwork can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Please read our Return Policy for a step-by-step guide.
How does Artscoops determine shipping costs?Shipment is based on a combination of factors: size, weight, delivery location and price of the artwork. Some artworks will require special packaging and handling, which increases costs.
Where does Artscoops ship to?Artscoops ships to most international countries. If yours is not on the list please contact us at service@artscoops.com to discuss the possibility of shipping to your location.
How long does shipping take?Artscoops is committed to dispatching artworks within 15 days, so your order should be received within 14 business days (not including national holidays). In case of force majeure this might take longer.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order within 21 days following your order date, please contact service@artscoops.com so we can check on its status.
