SHIPPING

Artscoops offers a post-sale shipping service as part of its business. 

We will organize and undertake all aspects of your shipping arrangements, including packing, transportation and shipping, and front the costs of doing so. 

This service is highly recommended for large items or items of high value that require professional packing.

Please note that if you use another company, whether one you’ve found yourself or following signposting from our side, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may then arise. 

EXPORTS AND IMPORTS

It’s important to note that lots sold at auction will be subject to both the export laws in the country in which the sale took place and import laws in the destination country. 

A ‘Declaration of Export’ for property leaving a country and/or a ‘Declaration of Import’ for arrival at the destination are common requirements.  

We recommend familiarising yourself with local laws prior to bidding and buying, since legislation may prevent you from importing or selling a lot in another market.  

If Artscoops exports or imports a lot on your behalf and/or pays any applicable taxes, tariffs or government-imposed charges, this amount must then be refunded in full.
