Refund Policy 


  

All sales of artworks are final and non-refundable, unless noted otherwise. Refunds on works are subject to the conditions specified by the artists and partner involved. In some cases, buyers are able to be offered a full refund on the price of the artwork or a replacement.


Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of delivery and the complete paperwork must also be provided within this timeframe. The artwork must be returned damage-free, in its original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


In the unfortunate event that your artwork(s) arrives damaged or in less than satisfactory condition, simply take some photos of the damage and the artwork, along with its box or container, attach the photos to an email and send them to info@artscoops.com.. A member of the Artscoops team will get back to you within 2-3 business days to explain the next steps for resolving the issue.
