Born in Qamishli, Syria, Mourad now lives and works in New York City. He received his Master of Fine Arts from the Yerevan Institute of Fine Arts in Armenia. About this artwork

During the pandemic, the only way I kept sane was creating videos in the mornings which I shared with friends around the world. That ritual helped me get out of my feeling of being trapped. Creativity helped me overcome the isolation and stress. This work is one of those created on one of those mornings.
