ArtScoops is delighted to present a new show from September 10 to 24 featuring a selection of works by the Lebanese painter Chucrallah Fattouh. The works for sale range from figurative art in his signature, block-colour style to other Abstract pieces depicting the rural surroundings of his beloved Monsef.
Fattouh’s use of shape and colour, so integral to his way of working, is to the fore in several of these works, lending itself to the elongated buildings that provide a backdrop to the fishing boats edging the water of the coastal town in which he still lives and the rolling hills relayed in a rainbow of colours, from kaleidoscopic shades of green to Autumnal reds and yellows. A highly regarded artist, Fattouh’s works have been shown in exhibitions worldwide and can be found in local and international collections.
