Sarine Semerjian

Sarine Semerjian is a self-taught artist with a multicultural background,and a passion for art and dance.Her recent artistic journey began as a passionate hobby after she graduated in 2019 from the American University of Beirut with a bachelor in Landscape Architecture.With no formal education in art and a determination to share her work, she held her first solo exhibition titled «Into The Void»,in March 2020 at Zawaya Art Gallery in Damascus, where she presented abstract figurative art paintings and a live performance. She then participated in a silent Charity Auction with a group of syrian artists where she donated a painting to help Damascense in need. She also participated in an another Auction with ArtScoops where the proceeds went to an ngo called " Revive Mar Mikhael" to help rebuilding Beirut city that was severely damaged after the blast of August 4.
