Rima Salamoun

She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Damascus and graduated from the Department of Interior Architecture in 1987. Member of the Syrian Plastic Artists Union. She held many solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions of Arab and foreign artists in Syria and abroad include: Baladna Art Gallery, Albal Art Gallery, «Arabs and the World» Exhibition at Damascus Int'l Fairs, As-Sayyed Art Gallery, Biennale of al-Mahabeh Festival«Female Visions» Exhibition at Khan Asaad Pasha, The Syrian Cultural Center, Between Damascus and Paris, as-Sayyed Art Gallery and the Syrian Cultural Center in Paris, Personal exhibition in Espace Europia Art Gallery, «3 Figures» Exhibition in Espace Europia Art Gallery, Arcima Art Gallery, «Syrian Contemporary Art» Exhibition in Waqif Art Center in Doha, Venice Biennale, «International Women's Day» Exhibition in French Cultural Center, «Woman Through the Eyes» Exhibition in Tajalliyat Art Gallery, Personal exhibition "Faces" in Tajalliat Art Gallery, Personal exhibition "Talashi" in George Kamel Art Gallery, and most recently a shared exhibition at MissionArt Gallery in Beirut.
