About This Artist
Noureddine Daifallah was born in 1960 in Marrakech, he studied at “ L’École des Arts Appliqués” of Marrakech and at “ C.P.R. Arts Plastiques” of Rabat. He is actually Professor of Plastic Arts in Marrakech.
In 1991, he was the winner of the Turkish Biennale (International Commission for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage), Istanbul, and the winner of “ La 2ème Rencontre de la Jeune Peinture Marocaine”, Espace Wafa Bank, Casablanca.
Three of his paintings were acquired by the Museum of Marrakech in 2003 and four of his paintings are reproduced in « Les Ouvriers du Signe – Calligraphie en Culture Musulmane », text by Valère-Marie Marchand, ACR Edition, 2002.
In 2006 a painting was acquired by the Sharjah Art Museum, in UAE and in 2010 he was the First Price winner in Sharjah at the 4th International Biennale.
